I’m the Owner who is also a one-person sales team.
Then I’m guessing that you also have the weight of most of the business on your shoulders. Your time is split between managing customers, employees, finances, sales, and pretty much everything else. While you do occasionally get a good referral or lead, they don’t come in often enough to grow the way you want.
