Then I’m guessing that you are no novice to this industry, or selling MSP services. You’ve worked hard to get where you are, and learned a ton along the way. You had few doubts that you’d be able to make a team of people just as successful as you have been. But now that you’re in the thick of it, it’s been much harder to motivate and activate your people than you thought it would be. You’ve tried every trick you know, every management tactic you can get your hands on, and still the team falls short of its goals.
If only someone could perform some kind of diagnostic to help you understand what’s missing from the mixture that keeps it from flaring up; to understand what my people need and how to get them some momentum. A catalyst maybe, that can help me figure out what’s missing (or maybe that I should get rid of) that would allow the team to perform the way I believe it can.
